LETS SCHEDULE A SHOOT!

CANCELLATION/COMPANY POLICY

We understand that there are times when you must miss a booking due to an emergency for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you may be preventing another client from creating much needed content.

If a booking is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 3 hours in advance, you will be charged an additional $25.00 to the invoice on file.

A No Show is considered failure to cancel or failure to show for a scheduled appointment. A fee of 35% of the scheduled service will be required to be paid prior to rebooking.

Client is charged based on time booked, regardless of when shooting begins. If time exceeds beyond time slot & grace period, client will be charged for additional time on a per hour basis. Deposit of all packages/rates solidifies service and thus CAN NOT be downgraded after services have been rendered.

If shoot is completed early, client is responsible for paying 75% of the remaining time.
